Cucumber Pickle Recipes

Ferment for 1-2 weeks on your bench until your pickle tastes like it has a squeeze of lemon in it.
You need to shake and"burp" your jar daily to let the built up gas escape.
Then keep it refrigerated.

Eat the whole jar within 1-2 months of opening.
Serving size 1-2 tablespoons.
