Refund policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

Please note under Australian consumer law, we do not offer refund or replacement for change of mind or misuse of product.

In order to claim a refund or return you must provide proof of purchase and return the product(s) to 44 Brown Road, Broadmeadow, NSW, 2292 within 30 days of the purchase date if requested by Wholefood Family. You agree that you will be liable for any postage or shipping cost incurred. Once reviewed and accepted by Wholefood Family, we will, at our discretion, replace or refund for the purchase amount.
