Just some FAQ's for you.

Your subscriptions will be dispatched the first Tuesday of every month with our courier partners.

You can add other products to your subscription box by emailing us or simply ordering onine and making a note for it to come in your box, to avoid double shipping fee's please click "pick up" for the extras order.

You may cancel or pause at any time before the dispatch date.

Payment will come out every month, usually the same time as you first ordered , sometimes we need to adjust the dates if its too late in the month to avoid missed boxes.

Once the Kvass arrives, put all 4 bottles in the fridge for storage.

Drink 50-100mls daily.

We send the Kvass in ambient temperatures, it is fine for a few days out of the fridge in transit, as Kvass is a living tonic, but for storage it must be kept refrigerated.

Kvass is high in bio available B vitamins so you may wish to take your dose in the morning so your not being kept up at night.

Lastly, Beetroot Kvass is a vasodilator and can lower your blood pressure, fabulous if you are prone to high blood pressure. However if you have low blood pressure, please take your Kvass after food and only 50mls at each time throughout the day.
