Seasonal pickles - Spring Mix, Fennel & Yellow Carrot

The thing about fermenting is you get to capture a season, flavour and moment in time in a jar/bottle and save it for later. 

We’ve taken the current abundance of delicious crispy spring vegetables and done just that. 

Fair warning- it’s a delicious combination and 1 jar probably ain’t enough.
