Floral and sharp vinegar perfect for enhancing desserts or invigorating salads as well as lifting up heavy dishes.
we’ve been using this vinegar over summer splashed over grilled peaches, stewed apricots and in salads.
This specialty vinegar was made by first creating a sparkling elderflower mead then left to acidify and create a beautiful vinegar. Aged for 2 years for depth of flavour, sharp acidity and a nice yeasty note from the local honey.
