Elderflower & Honey Aged Vinegar

2 year aged Elderflower & Honey Vinegar.

Floral and sharp vinegar perfect for enhancing desserts or invigorating salads as well as lifting up heavy dishes.
We’ve been using this vinegar splashed over grilled or stewed fruits as a finishing vinegar, in salads and salad dressings, on fish and chips and there is even a cocktail out there made with it.

This specialty vinegar was made by first creating a sparkling elderflower mead then left to acidify and create a beautiful vinegar. Aged for 2 years for depth of flavour, sharp acidity and a nice yeasty note from the local honey.
