You've not doubt heard about the viral carrot salad, well this is even better. When you ferment, the nutritional profile of that food is increased and more easily absorbed by your body.  This pickle is a current favourite of preschoolers and primary kids so just a heads up you may need a jar for you and a jar for them.

Sprinkle this through salads, wraps or lunches, add spoonfuls to your meals or just add spoonfuls to your mouth.
